Information about the effect provided by the upgrade for the armor can be seen above the list of resources needed for crafting it (check the picture below).
In addition to that, each type of special modifications varies depending on what part are you upgrading (leg modifications aren't similar to helmet modifications). Special modifications can for example increase the springing speed, increase the capacity, provide invisibility while crouching or allow flying thanks to jetpack. Special modifications are various upgrades that impact the functionality of the Power Armor and character statistics. Fallout 4 isnt the easiest game to mod, but have no fears. Details can be found in the Magazines chapter. Perk magazines replace skill books from earlier installments in the Fallout franchise.
There are three magazine types - each of them will unlock one unique paint schemes: Shark, Hot Pink and Flames. You can obtain them from the Hot Rodder magazine. Paints are special type of material modifications. Doesn't conflict with anything.To gain access to all material modifications, develop Science! (rank. There are other mods that do this but they are not updated to the latest version of the game, and can break your perks. This mod eliminates Perk Level requirements. Uploaded a fixed version that should prevent crashing in workbenches. Use with confidence (last in load order). Initial perk ranks have no level requirement and may be. That makes this mod the only one of this kind that actually works with all DLC. Each rank costs one perk point and grants new bonuses however each rank must be purchased in order. 2nd rank perks require 2nd level, and so on, up to 5th level for 5th ranked perks. If any perk requires more than 5th level to obtain, then it is not my mod. This mod alters level values at which you can obtain a perk ONLY. SPECIAL prerequisites rationalized and perk level prerequisites eliminated ALL DLC.
